[Templates] installing latest TT2 on Windows using PPM4

I'm sure just the subject of this email will make many of you  
shudder.  :)  I'm stuck building our website on Windows, and I  
recently had a fatal hard drive crash with only source files backed  
up, not apps, modules, etc.

I installed the latest ActivePerl (5.10.0.1002), and I'm trying to  
install the following modules through the GUI PPM (4.01):

Template-Toolkit
Template-DBI
DBI
DBD-CSV
Image-Info

Any thoughts on where I can get them pre-built for PPM?  I followed  
the links to Bugzilla on the TT2 website, but no luck, and significant  
Google time didn't uncover anything, either.
