[Templates] Obsolete mailing list entry points?

Hey Andy,

One of my workmates just had this same issue. I'd say a permanent redirect would definitely be nice for those that have this bookmarked or arrive from elsewhere. (ie. Google.)

The first result of searching on google for "template toolkit mailing list archive" returns the 'bad' link.
