[Templates] Obsolete mailing list entry points?

On another mailing list, someone was perplexed that the TT2 mailing list
archives only go up to September 2007, and that his requests to be added to
this list were unsuccessful.  The archive and subscription pages he cited
were, respectively,

http://template-toolkit.org/mailman/listinfo/templates

and

http://template-toolkit.org/pipermail/templates/

These URLs lack a leading "mail." domain component, which is what I see when
I dig down
to the mailing list information from the main TT2 page.  It seems that the
pages above are out of date and ought to be removed or redirected to the
right ones.
