[Templates] TT IDE

Whilst we're on the subject, can anyone recommend an editor for Win32 
that's good for perl (and tt2)?

I've tried and failed to wean myself off 15 years of use of Programmer's 
File Editor - a freeware prog that hasn't had a new version in 9 years now.
